Don't stick to any diet... The best for you is to study your body. You have to know how you feel after each meal - do you feel hunger after half and hour or you can eat after 4 hours. You just have to know more and small meals are always better than eating two or tree big meals. Drink a lot of later and don't eat before bed time. Read a lot and ask questions and your going to succeed.
